AH THATS AN EASY ONE, well when i was at school, just about seven i guess,there was this hymn we had to sing, i'm 43 now and still cant get the bloody thing out of my head, goes like this
When a knight won his spurs,
in the stories of old,
he was gentle and brave,
he was gallant and bold;
with a sheild on his arm
and a lance inhis hand,
for god and for valour
he rode through the land.
No carger have i ,
and no sword by my side,
yet still to adventure
and battle i ride,
though back into storyland
giants have fled
and the knights are no more
and the dragons are dead.
Let faith be my sheild
and let joy be my steed
'gainst the dragons of anger,
the ogres of greed;
and let me set free,
with the sword of my youth,
from the castle of darkness,
the power of the truth.
Jan Struther 1901-1953
there told you i could still remember it !!

The year was 1959 and the song was Volare. I was living in Sicily then, just getting ready to come to America with my family, and the song was playing everywhere, even in America it became a big hit. It was written and sung by Domnico Modugno.

Some Britney Spears song at this weird, flashy place, searching through a bag filled with juggling balls and a racket.

I remember when my Brother and sister used to practice jiving in the front room, and i used to watch and learn the words to Jailhouse Rock and Rock around the clock. So i presume it was one of them.

"One, two, three, four, five –
Once I caught a fish alive.
Six, seven, eight, nine, ten –
Then I let it go again.
Why did I let it go?
Because it bit my finger so.
Which finger did it bite?
The little finger on the right."
That or the PlaySchool song 'The Train is A-Coming". I'd play that cassette tape for hours at a time if my mother had've let me.
