what do i have to do to be able to post messages in discussion groups at the bottom of a news story in Yahoo?

when i type a new post or reply to one already posted, i get the 'cannot find server' message on a new page

Yahoo message boards have been down for awhile and honestly I dont think they have any intention of fixing them. They must not like what they read. Its called censorship!!!!!!!!
