How about if we make it mandatory to have all males born with no penises? Then we will not only have 'population control' but we may get rid of the pedophiles and men who 'think' they control the world because they have an extra appendage. Unfortunately that extra appendage puts a real drain on the brain.

y just the women? how about all the men get chemicaly sterilized. and if they prove their good looking athletic and hardworking, we give them the carefully guarded reverse chemicals, and alow them to give us children. it would actualy work cuase they do have these chemicals.
