Only if that stage in indoors. The rule states that you cannot smoke under a roof if the walls cover more than 50% of the surround, which means that some bus shelters fall under the law too.

Yes - Keith Richards of the Stones is looking at a £50 fine and the venue (Hamden Park football stadium for god's sake) is also facing a £250 fine.

smoking was stopped march 26th
u cant light up in pubs clubs any place thats inclosed.
