Oh this is SO important!
I have been married for 9 years. This is my 3rd marriage because I wanted to be "happy". I am happy now.
What is a good friend?
One that sticks it out with you through thick and thin right?
Why cant we apply this to relationships?
Relationships are soOOo important.
I have yet to meet anyone who really thinks that divorce or break ups are a happy experience. Happy is a state of mind not a life requirement.
God Bless ya

After the death of my husband four years ago, I think I'm floating toward a happy relationship that's taken over a year to develop. Wish me luck : )

In love and happy for nearly for years now. It's kind of floating by at the moment since we both can't afford to move in together + I'm still in higher education.

I was just in a two year relationship that ended a day ago.
and looking back on it i think i was just floating by.
he was so freaking mean to me, i dont know what was wrong with me. i must have been living in a dream, with all the hateful **** i put up with.
its really sad to be alone now. we were going to move in with each other. i guess its just sad in general to be alone in life. all i know is that i had to be free from all the verbal abuse. im just going to work, going to my classes, trying not to think about it.
my advice is dont do what i did. If you have doubts, dont second guess yourself. Be strong enough to leave if you have to. no body needs anyone badly enough to be treated less than they should.

been married for eleven years. at the beginning, first five years i would say, we were just floating by. then as the years went on, maturity and grace went into the marriage. we are happier now :)
