A question for do gooders and anti war people ... Iran, it said it wants to wipe Israel off the map ..?

it is defying the UN and continuing with a nuclear program, granted it says for energy, but its basically the same thing.
so what do we do now?
Do we just let it build the bomb, and then very possibly really wipe Israel off the map?
I dont see any of your do good methods working so far, sooo do gooder's you always have all the answer, tell me what we do now? maybe some leaflet campaign and a sing along?

as i thought, not one answer, just abuse.
you are very keen to complain about a war, but you dont come up with any answers

and i am no jew! i have friends of all religions, its a question on a serious topic

A) let it carry on with it's nuclear program, it most probably already has nuclear weapons, purchased when the USSR broke up.
B) You seem to forget that Israel have their own nuclear weapons, so things are stale mated in that area.
C) In the long run it is only the posturing of politicians that bring about these remarks; socially in that area of the world it is advisable to have an anti-west stance to keep support.
D)Best idea would be to reduce any political interference to a minimum and allow the middle eastern leaders to work it out themselves.

There would not be peace even if Israel should be wiped off the map, were all infidels whether a do gooder or not we will all be a targets. I'm sorry to say the sense to what we call right and wrong is a very different if you happen to be an Iranian or from any Muslim country.
I would be very nervous about the Iranian people having a nuclear program as it will be abused.
I am against Nuclear Power in any country we should be thinking about saving our planet.

Crispy, heres the problem with your question... you call libs "do gooder's" which is quite the contrary. You have to remember that these are the people that love to cry racism, sexism, and any other form of compaining that someone else is stepping on their lifestyle. They want to be called do gooders cause it makes them feel they are winning. The rest of your question is great but you will never get an answer to it... they do not have solutions only compaints of a problem followed by more complaints that the problem is not being handled correctly (ie. Iraq and Isreal).

The problem with your question is twofold. Iran says it wants to wipe Israel off the map. Countries say things all the time, didn't the U.S. say it wanted to wipe communism off the face of the earth many years ago. And yet, China continues to have a major impact on U.S. policy. Iran hasn't built a bomb yet. Doesn't the U.S. promote their own nuclear plants as a safe effective, cheap way to produce energy. Why can't Iran? If , in the future, they do build a bomb, then and only then are steps necessary to ensure Israel's future. As stupid as you all think Iran is, here is a case of an underdeveloped country building for their future and the fear permeating from the possibility of something that hasn't happened and may never happen, is so ridiculous that there can only be one explanation. There must be another election coming up and the incumbents need to manufacture another crisis. I'm surprised Bush hasn't suggested nuking China. You are a paranoid country and you really need to look within your own borders for leaders that can find solutions to some of the problems instead of making excuses and making up stories to back up their inadequacies. Remember Colin Powell speaking about the weapons of mass destruction in front of the same U.N. that Iran is defying now and the U.S. defyed then and that israel has defyed too many times to count. There are enough real problems without worrying about possible future ones. I'm sure the people of New Orleans don't give two hoots about Iran possibly building a bomb years from now while hurricanes are a distinct threat every year. And while I do not consider myself anti-semantic, Israel is just like the U.S. in many ways, sticking their noses into places it doesn't belong and when it backfires on them, they cry anti-Jewish sentiments looking for sympathy. Do you seriously think that if another ally of the U.S. let's say Austrailia, decided to attack New Zealand for some reason, that they wouldn't be condemned . What's so different about Israel? Let them fight their own battles.

1) wiping out middles eastern tribes who after assimilating in to the religion had to go ahead and preach it by how ( you know the time tested method)

3) israel pre emptive strike against osirak reactor was because mussad had stumbled over the plan as to how saddam planned to use the enriched uranium , many middle eastern think that this is a lie but this is a known fact , that the documents were to sold to mussad by iranian agents as they feared that after testing them on israel saddam would turn on shia iran

4) iran itself has a tainted history , hizbollah got laser guided missiles a technology not easy and cheap to procure everyone knows who has given it .

5) Iran lied to the world 20 yrs , do you really think that it would start telling the truth now because the quran said so.

6)Finally iran with its nuclear power would become the Super cop of the islamic world , its already hated by the sunni alliance of suadi, yemen and egypt , with new member turkey. saudi itself wants nukes and is purchasing defense systems like crazy

I'm in neither of the two categories you mention but the scenario I could see is Israel will take out the nuclear facility with a surgical strike. They will probably use unmarked planes and fly in from the north. Obviously they will deny any involvement afterwards. They really don't have too many options. Given Iran's belligerent attitude to them they have to strike before Iran is able to.

Well I am a Born-Again-Christian and I also served in the Armed Forces and had some near death experiences. In and out of the Army. I have to say, it's the way you asked your question that has peoples back's up. If it's an honest sincere question, why do you try and belittle people who you call do gooders?

I have to admit I am far from perfect, but I love my Saviour Jesus Christ, the only true Faith. Once you have experienced Jesus in your life, you'll never be the same again. It's not for the faint hearted. You have to stand up for your Faith, and nothing can stop me from doing that. You would realise this if you gave your life over to Christ and ask Him for guidance. Israel is God's chosen people, they will turn to Christ before He returns, and will be redeemed. We have to keep praying for peace, and prayer is the Christians most dangerous weapon against the evil forces in this world.

I will tell you, that having Christ in your life, will indeed put a song in your heart, no matter what danger you are about to face, because you will want to continually love and praise Him. With the knowledge that nothing on Earth can hurt you, because your fear of death will disappear. You will gladly go into battle for the Lord, you won't be able to help yourself. If you die, then no worries, you have Eternal Life in Heaven with Christ. Also Eternal Life begins as soon as you put your faith in the Lord.

One more thing, I advise you to look at the world and read the Bible and you will see everything that the Bible says is coming true today, Christ is Coming Soon. Praise the Lord.

Israel is a beautiful country, but the problem is they are to much paranoid, by the presence of the ememies it has created in the last 58 years.

Lets see here now, we have an idiot extremist so called muslim who just can't play with others in the sand box and definately has a bad attitude and in a very dire need of an attitude adjustment, so I say we give them an attitude adjustment and remove them from the sand box.
