Healthier? Yes, but...

There are several herbal products to help you quit smoking. Herbal cigarettes are not designed for that. Try Smoke Free Drops by Herbs, Etc. or a homeopathic remedy to help break the nicotine addiciton.

One of the things you're going to miss when you quit is the blood sugar release that smoking gives. Your body is accustomed to a stimulus every 30 minutes, 2 hours or whatever. Without it, you will experience low blood sugar, which manifests itself as either headache, trembling, nausea, weakness or a general feeling of malise. Look in your natural foods store for products to help balance blood sugar. Some of them are the mineral Chromium, the herbs Licorice & Cinnamon & Gymnema Slyvestre.

Also eating natural peanut butter is found to help prevent blood sugar drop off.

After you've overcome the nicotine, herbal cigs can help with those times when you have to be with smoking friends and just crave the "habit" that you associate with good times and good feelings. They don't have any bad stuff in them but habitually inhaling smoke from anything is not healthy.

The only thing that herbal cigarettes are good for, are helping you get over your nicotine addiction. Once your body no longer craves the nicotine, you should quit smoking the Herbal Cigarettes IMMEDIATELY. The still contaminate your lungs with smoke. Not to mention that the paper that they use for the tube and filter (if they have a filter) contain chemicals from creating it in the first place. Most people don't know this, but if you look at cigarette paper, you can see particles in it. In brands like Marlboro, or ZigZag filters and tubes, there are "lines" in the paper. These lines contain gun powder and gun powder residue. This is what makes the cigarette burn. I was a smoker for 12 years when I quit. I quit when I learned all of this information.

No...they're all the same. Remember the craze of the mid 1970's - that thing called NSM (New Smoking Material)? Players No.6, Embassy and others jumped onto the bandwagon...they even tested it on dogs - that was in a newspaper around late 1976. Smokers soon realised the companies were copying each other to amass punters and the NSM skank soon was ended - it allegedly had a 'material' that 'slowed' down the cancerous causes. Cigs are cigs...mucho fumar!!

Who cares, like, man?
There's only one possible connection between the words 'cigarettes' and 'healthier', and that is:

"I quit smoking cigarettes altogether and now I feel a lot healthier."

You can't give up cigarettes because too mnay people smoke them around you keeping you tuned in.
Now on the otherhand a Crack SMoker can quit anytime, becasue he or she is not influenced by the media.
That is a proven fact and Crack Cocaine is more highly addicting than cigarettes and yet...people quit and walk from it. So whatyou are saying is your not ready to quit..

No they are not.

Cigarettes are more addictive than Heroin. 70% of people who smoke one cigarette wil go on to smoke for their entire lives.

You really need to get help to give up, Acupuncture, hypnosis, patches, a really good kisser (non-smoking) as a girlfriend...whatever it takes. Its really worth it!! Honest!!
