Have you ever made a prank phone call? If so, what did you say?

I was 12 and I called up my aunt and uncles house and asked if they were going to come get these pizzas or not that they had ordered. My uncle said that they hadnt ordered any, I acted like I was crying saying that it was my first day on the job and if I had messed another order up then I would get fired. So he asked if there was any way to get them delivered and I told him yes and he started to give me his credit card. Thats when I acted like the person came in, told my uncle that I guess I dialed the wrong number!!! He was still talking about it when I saw him the next day!!!

Yes, but it kind of back fired on me. I said 'is your refrigerator running'? I don't know why. Then I hung up. Less than 5 minutes after this happened the phone rang! I thought that it was probably the guy I pranked, you know he could have caller ID. So, I didn't answer it. Then he left a message on my answering machine, he wasn't too happy. I've never pranked anyone over the phone since...

When my friends and I were in middle school, we made prank calls all the time. Amazing we never got in trouble! Our favorite one to do went like this: we call someone up, when they answered we pretend we were a pizza place and they called us and act all annoyed, then we would rattle off all of our specials for the day and ask them to place their order. Most of the time, the person on the other line would hang up after we named our umpteenth special (see, we thought it was hilarious that we had like a million specials). One time, a lady did listen to the whole thing and told us they sounded good but she didn't like pizza. Another one we did, we would call a random house and ask if a teenage boy lived in there and if so could we talk to him....yes, we were that dorky and lame.

Yep, used to do it all the time as a kid, a few times as an adult. My BEST prank call backfired on me as well. My cousin and I called up the operator, we were 8. Cursed her ten ways to Sunday and hung up on her. We didn't know that she could call back. Our butts were on fire after the 8 swats we received from a ruler after her mom talked to the operator.

OH yea...I had the uncanny ability to sound like an indian when growing up (still can-kinda) having grown up with several indian friends. We would call people at random and convince them that we had just flown into town and were stranded at the airport. We actually got several of them to feel bad enough, they would leave their houses and come down to pick us up. Fun times, but I am feeling pretty bad about it as I type this.

yes, when I was like 10. My firends and I told a lady that her husbans should come and pick up his underwear at home. Then we felt bad and called about half a hour later and told her it was a joke ( cause we could hear her arguning with him before she hung up).

i had asked if they ordered a pizza and i needed directions and they gave me directions to their house! i asked "are you sure you ordered this pizza?" and the guy said "no but i was thinking about it, ill pay you a tip if you bring it down here". i didnt know what to say, i just hung up.
