I wrote a website and plan to permit visitors put advertisement.But i plan dont permit sex,violence website.I want to prevent and stop them when they register.How can i do it by PHP code?Thank you

Certainly yes,
i am working for shell and i have just created a facility for advertisers to advertise on the website (in fact video addvertisemet instead of banner ad).
What you need to do is, create another column in the database called flag, once the users upload the advertisements, the flag is 0 that means this advertisement is not live yet, it still needs to be approved. Create a new page which can only be used by you, and shows all the advertisements that are not yet approved by you for viewing.
Simple as that.
