depends on the people doing the horizontal dance.
it be the woman if the man does his job and it be the man if the woman does hers.
but if both do their jobs (and that would mean that all things being equal) - i would still say the woman, because she can have multiple Os while the man hits the moon once and he's out until he's loaded (ahem) again.

I'd say it depends on skill of either partner..I know it's not a biological answer but then it's not a strictly biological question.
It would be fair to say that men enjoy the build-up to orgasm and climax itself is most gratifying. However, women (in the hands of a connoisseur of the likes of I) generally perceive a continuous pleasure with concentrations of bliss coming every now and then, not as a rarity. So probably women, we aim to please.

I would hope that it is us women who feel the best, because look at all the physical things we have to go through. Like pregnancy, childbirth, menstral cycle, etc. Hell, we just ought to feel the best. psst... Don't tell the guys. But I beleive that we do feel the best, let that be our secret...

physically, a guy's orgasms are shorter, but they are more intense.
a girl's orgasms are longer and less intense. It depends which "best' you'd prefer.
