may she is having problems and she does need a friend,talk with her a little to find out ,if she is telling the truth,or if she is out just to use you,would never just walk away from someone like that.she could be ill.

it depends on ur judgemental powers .if u trust them and judge her as a harmless fellow then their is no point in not helping her but if u thnk that u r not judgemental enough then dont take a chance,u mght land up in a problem
