You don't, honey. There are some surgical procedures that can lessen the look, but it's okay to have scars. Everyone has some.

You can apply cocoa butter to lighten scars or lemon juice can lighten them too.

hmmm i don't think you can get rid of them completely, try a tanning booth; that can help hide them .(natural tans will just make them show up more; it stays white, so a tan at a tanning booth will probably work best. ;D )
