The best government is the government that governs least. Neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have a clue. Bush attempted to take overtime away from all laborers but was rebuffed. He lied to the American people about weapons of mass destruction to support his desire to invade Iraq. He has abrogated the Bill of Rights by creating the onerous Patriot Act and Homeland Security. He has convinced people to give up their freedoms by dangling the carrot of security. His almost rogue administration has put in place all the ingredients for a future totalitarian takeover. I am against him and any conservative or liberal who make government larger. Jefferson said the government who serves best is the government that serves least. WE need to get back to the liberty that our founding Fathers left us. Here is one issue: Drugs. You are probably against drugs. So am I. The answer is to decriminalize drugs. Now you say, hold on. Well, kid on the street can pick up drugs on any corner but must go to a bar or liquor store to buy alcohol where they will not serve him. Drugs he can get, but alcohol he cannot. Why? Because alcohol is legalized and drugs are not. If we legalize drugs, we are not endorsing drugs; we are controlling drugs. Let me ask you one question. Have the present drug laws cured the problem or made it worse? When has government ever been the best solution? Government is needed but in a limited role. Individual freedom tempered with responsibility is the goal we need to pursue. Therefore there is only one party I endorse and that is the Libertarian Party, though I wish there was a different name for it simply because most people think it means the libertine party. There are fringe libertarians but most are constitutionalists that prefer individual control over governmental control. The goal of the democrats and the neo conservatives is global governance and communitarianism. Check out Advocates for Limited Government and the Libertarian Party. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The Hypocrisy of a Bush supporter mocking Al Gore's, "I invented the Internet" comment is hilarious. You must have forgotten that our Highly Intelligent President in a speech stated, "The Internets....", notice the plural. The man is a bumbling idiot. And I am scared when I go to bed because my imagination is not advanced enough to think of the crap he gets us into on a regular basis.

I feel bad because both elections were stolen. When it becomes more important to put ones candidate in office then to hold fair and honest elections it shows bad for the greatest demorcracy on earth.

Not well. George W Bush is a traitor who lied about the reasons for going to war in Iraq and should be tried for his crimes!
