Sure, all the time. I can either be really funny sometimes, or manage to put my foot in my mouth at my expense,
The lates i recall is a machinist I was talking to was talking about buying a machine generally called a turning machine. He called is Swiss Screw Machine, and I said "What? Do the Swiss do it better than the rest of us?"
Probably had to be there, but the entire room of machinists busted out laughing and all our faces turned red.

During class, I was in the back of the room making some post-it animation stuff. Out of no where (I was so tired and didn't know what I was doing) I replayed the whole animation and made sound effects pretty loud. At first everyone stopped and stared at me, then they all started laughing even the teacher.

Actually, yes, but all of them were the pathetic result of an embarassing moment...
One example. Once during class (I was about 12 at that time), I was violently swinging in my chair. I was swinging my legs so rapidly that the legs of the chair kept kicking the floor and the chair kept leaning to one side, towards the window (I was sitting in the row that was just near the window.) And so for a moment, the chair just stayed like that, leaning steadily towards the side and then bam, suddenly I lost balance. And what is worse is that before I hit the floor, the chair remained in the air for a considerable amount of time, enough for my teacher and all my mates to see my legs swinging desperately in the air. Lol.
