Is it okay to wear a baseball shirt, even though i'm a girl?

I'm just asking cuz i'm a little scared of what my friends and enemies will say. I mean, what if every one sees my Carlos Beltran shirt and calls me g.ay?

Wear the shirt, and wear it with pride.
Especially since you're a girl...why would anyone think it's gay?
A guy wearing a shirt that advertises another guy (Carlos Beltran) would be more likely to be associated with gay, but even that's not likely because Beltran is an athlete and since we idolize our athletes it's appropriate for EITHER sex to wear a shirt telling the world that he is your fav.

Of course, it depends also where you wear the shirt to.
Don't wear it to Church...that would not be the appropriate place but to another sporting venue or an informal school event or just around the house or neighborhood or out to the mall with your friends would be just fine.

Tell your friends to get on a bus and come visit Charlotte, NC. Not only do girls here wear basedball shirts, they play baseball, football and basketball on the same teams as the guys. If you like Carlos, then wear his jersey and be proud...who cares what the other people say about it. Be yourself because people like a person who is real, not a poser trying to fit in with everyone else!

Of course it's ok! You can wear anything that you like. Who cares what anyone else thinks?

I'm an older female. I wear men's & boys shirts & shorts all the time. I like to wear a flannel shirt over my low cut ladies T in the fall. It's really comfortable. Also, I like men's shorts because they have deeper pockets for my stuff & seem to fit my buns better.

Here's something else I do. I buy a package of white men's scoop neck u shaped tshirts (underwear?) and wear a colorful sports bra underneath. Wear that with shorts or jeans. Wow is that ever comfortable!

Check it out sometime. The same stuff and style is cheaper in the men's department than it is in the ladies. If it fits, wear it!

U can wear a baseball shirt any time,u can wear it with a skirt and it is very feminine and if u want to make it sexier wear a slip under that skirt and show a little lace it is very sexy good luck.

It depends where you are wearing it.
Perfectly acceptable to wear while attending a baseball game or going somewhere where you will be watching a game.
Not so good if you are going to the opera.
Anything in between, it's your choice.

you can wear what you want, other people shouldn't limit you. if you're afraid, then you can bring a hoodie-fleece-sweatshirt and wear it over it and tell people that you're just cold or something. as opposed to bring a different shirt to change in then people would know that you're obviously embarassed.
