Are we talking "The Man with the Golden Gun" here? Yikes. That was just about the WORST of the Roger Moore era Bond films. Goldfinger was a far more threatening villain in a FAR better film.

goldfinger, hands down no-brainer!
...although my favorite bond villains are the 2 gay guys, mr. kid and mr wint, from diamonds are forever. they were funny and that made them even more creepy!
