Have a small glass of water and some unsalted crackers by your bed. Eat a cracker and take small sips of water before you get out of bed. It helps!

I've heard that starchy foods like mashed potatoes can help. Also, eating a few saltines before getting out of bed (I would buy the organic ones without hydrogenated veg. oil), sipping ginger ale or 7-up slowly, and eating 6-8 small meals over the day to keep your stomach from completely emptying. Hope this helps!

i suffered with morning sickness all through my pregnancys. I found getting out of bed slowly and having a biscuit helped. Ginger biscuits are said to be the best or rich tea. Know what else i used to have? Pear drops!! They helped loads too.

Nothing ever helped me. But I did notice that I was always sicker when I woke up early. Try sleeping in sometimes. Also I was reading an American Baby magazine yesterday and a pregnant woman in Pennsylvania says that ginger Altoids work.

Sleep. That was the only thing that worked for me. Once I woke up the nausea was on.
Ask your doctor for some ideas. I don't know if they would recommend any natural remedies or not.

Chamomile tea also helps, along with crackers in the morning and ginger as someone else also said.
