If you are on the pill, then you dont ovulate. In the rare instance that you do, the fertilized egg wont implant in the uterus because the pill stops that from happening.

I am sure the doctor told you to USE back up method when first starting the pill because it takes a month or so to get into your system really good...sometimes the pill just do not work for some women.
You have a chance of being pregnant. I suggest that you have your BF use condoms till you get your next period or just abstain from sex. Also your BF needs to learn how to use a condom correctly so it won't break or fall off.

Your boyfriend is wrong. Unless they've really changed 'the pill', it takes up to a month or more for it to fully take effect.
You should see your doctor as soon as possible, especially since you were ovulating so near the time of the incident. There is a very good chance you are pregnant. Get checked and see.
Good luck!

Doctors say it takes 30 days for the pill to become effective in your system. Call your doctor and ask about the morning after pill and to be checked for any STD's since you actually had un- protected sex now.

You should contact the doct. If you just started to take the pill it takes a while for your body to get use to it. If you do not want a baby, then I suggest tomorrow call the doctor and ask about the morning after pill, if you so choose.

I'm pretty sure once you've been on the pill for a full 7 days, you'll be fine. Did you take the pill every day? If you did, then I wouldn't worry.

Can't help you, but there is an extremely likely chance you could now be pregnant. Probably greater than average. . . let's just say I hope you're ready to be a mommy. You know, I've been using condoms for years, NEVER had one fall off... or break for that matter....
