Buy AquaKlean. It's an indusrial strength cleaner & degreaser. Used alot in auto body shops. Make a hot water mixture and let it sit and penetrate the stains for awhile. Scrub with a broom as needed. Repeat if necessary.

Cat litter. Pour the litter over the spot then take your foot and rub it into the stain. Sweep up the litter and the stain is gone. That's the cheapest way. Or you can buy Pour-N-Restore Oil Stain Remover. I've heard that WD-40 works also.

Well any dishwashing detergent is good for removing oil and grease. Dawn is best. scrub it into the stain and use the nozel of your hose to wash it off.

You can also get a bag of concrete mix, sprinkle it on the stain let it set and the next day or two wash it off.

drop some kitty litter on the spots, grind in with the soles of your feet like magic the spots will go away with the dust. repeat for deeper stains but this works great and is really cheap.

After you soak up the oil, pour Mineral spirits (Paint Thinner) over it and scrub with a stiff bristled broom. Then use soap and water. (repeat if necessary).

If the oil is fresh ( still fluid, not soaked in ) you can cover it with cat litter, the litter will absorb the oil and you can scoop it up.

Always COCA-COLA
I´m not sure if it worked with oil, but it cleans blood and calcium from the toilets.
