never talk about another friend to your friend behind their back, it always gets out. Be there for them and having the same interests help.

Trust- To trust that your friends will stick by you, that you can turn to them for anything, that they don't talk about you behind your back, would defend you and care for you and vice versa.

Fun- Enjoying the time you spend with the person and being able to be yourself when they're around.

Selflessness- I think being part of a true partnership means having the ability to be entirely selfless-- to give of yourself to make the other person happy, even when you get nothing in return and vice versa-- giving from your heart is the greatest gift.

Be respectful of others--no talking behind people's backs, no making fun of people, speak nicely, don't be a hypocrite.

Be yourself--people can't really be your friend and you can't be theirs if you're not showing who you really are.

Hang out with the right people.

moooost important thing is to 'be yourself'. don't be afraid to be what you really are... secondly, be loyal and honest... trust your friends and earn their trusts... and whatever bonds are made for growth of the relationship and the people involved, they work the best... hope you make loooooads of friends...

Honesty - tell it like it is, but don't hurt anyone's feelings.
Loyalty - no back-stabbing.
Don't always complain, be happy. People like to be around others who smile and are happy.
