I think he does care about her, but I accentuate: CARE about her, not love her.
A lot of people kept trying to guess his sexuality and most of them said that he might be either asexual or gay. I think he's neither. Just because he doesn't show any interest in females (or anyone for that matter), it doesn't mean he's gay or asexual. He's just a very determined character, who is set firmly on one purpose: training in order to be able to kill his brother. So aside from the fact that he's not a very emotional person, which makes it highly unlikely for him to show and express his interest in someone even if he WOULD have a love interest, he's the kind of character who basically excludes everything from his life when he wants to do something and he only concentrates on that purpose.
So at first, we see Sasuke as a very cold, detached, uncaring figure. As the show progresses, he starts improving his social skills and creates bonds with his friends. And I honestly don't think there's anything more than friendship between them. I really don't see Sasuke as a person who can be part of a relationship.

Sasuke thought that Sakuraand Naruto were in the way of his becoming an avenger. That they were weak and that his time was being wasted by them.
However, Sasuke comes to respect Sakura and Naruto's strength and character.
Which is why I say that unless Sasuke gets Itachi out of his way, he'll only hold respect for Sakura (as well as Naruto).
Can't forget that Sasuke is not a people person. It would be awkward for him to have a relationship, and Sasuke does not do awkward.
So...I say no. Uchiha Sasuke does not love Haruno Sakura. He respects her and values her as a strong teammate at the moment.

I think sasuke love sakura...althrough I don't have the proof...but if sasuke don't love sakura, why he and sakura get married?? As we know sasuke is boy that JUST always do what he want to do...and if he married with sakura, that's mean sasuke want to married sakura,and he love sakura, all right??

Not at all. Sasuke just likes Sakura as a friend, and I think Sakura is being too obsessed with him.

hi :p I don'T really know b/c sasuke always busy fighting and stuff but later on in the manga books there is almost a look alike sasuke who replace him in the group he, sakura, and naruto was in so maybe sakura will like that new guy I forgot his name since he looks almost like sasuke. :p

His face, words, and expressions don't show any love for Sakura.
Sasuke's quote: "after all this time, you're still annoying."
This is not because he doesn't want Sakura to get hurt, it's the truth.

I got the impression that Sasuke doesn't truly love anyone. He thinks she's somehow beneath him.
