No but the child should be take care of by both parent everytime you have sex with someone you taking your life in hand and it could kill you and the answer of tubes tied or not will help you there remember the Diseases out there

I don't think so but they need to be really on top of the birth control . Unwanted pregnancy's are a real big issue.If you don't want the children or cant care for them than don't make them. OH always think of STD's
