Well you failed to tell us if you had dial up, dsl or whatever. But anything aside from dial-up is ok. The former is a journey into Internet hell nor is it worth it.
If indeed you have anything besides dsl and your computer is running slow, there are a few things you can do. You may be infected with adware or viruses, or perhaps a new program you recently installled ate up a lot of your ram.
You can go to the link I provided and download FREE anti-spyware to run and clean up your computer. Also, try defragmenting your hard drive, cleaning up used icons on your desktop, and deleting old files. All of these things add up to slow one's computer down.

That would depend really. Is your connection to the internet a permanent connection? Is it dial-up? Do you use a big name provider that insists on adding tons of applications to your startup folder? I would go through my installed programs and anything that isn't needed, I'd get rid of first. Also there is a program called pc-tools that I think will allow you to see what programs are started when you boot your computer, check that and see what's going on and you maybe able to trim some boot time there (alot of times programs that get started aren't listed in your startup folder...it goes into your registry or config fiile or something).

positioned some honey on your lips enable it dry for some seconds. without shifting your lips, practice some Vaseline on genuine of the lips. depart the honey and Vaseline on your lips for 10-15 minutes. ultimately, dip a Q-tip dip in warm water and use it to eliminate the honey and Vaseline in 2 strokes. try this as quickly as an afternoon for about 2-5 days to get rid of chapped lips.

Clear your cache. Clean your system of extraneous files, cookies, etc. Check for spyware, trojans, viruses, etc.
Failing this, buy a better computer. Computer sales people will be quite willing to assist you in this regard.
