jamesmom is on the right track. If it does not hurt anyone else, is legal and does not put hair on your palms then your only problem is guilt.
Not good guilt. We all have it at various stages. If you feel it then you probably should address the cause. what you are doin' may be ordinary behaviour for others and may be easily accepted/even good for you. the guilt is not.
If whatever it is contravenes social norms well it is up to you to decide. Your anima /animalia is all yours as long as you are aware/educated and socially/mentally developed enough to decide.
There is every chance that it has been done before. Hey, it may be happening now.
Don't beat yourself up. If you are worried/feeling guilty then stop. Look into it and talk to trusted people who may know something about it.

[1] If it is criminal, turn yourself in BUT do not say anything without a lawyer. ('I may know something about the Elm Street murders and no, I would rather keep my glove with me thank you').
[2] If not [1] go to your local health department and tell them you would like to talk with a counselor about some personal issues you are having - be ready for them to give you an appointment a while off, but it's better than nothing.
[3] If it is something harmful to you or another, get a friend and have them go out to dinner or to the movies or something, anything to keep your mind off of this thing.
[4] If it is an obsession like licking your fingers before turning a page in a book, you should be ok until counseling (just watch for paper cuts).

God will forgive you of your future sins, however you can give it up... read "Every young man's battle" it truly helps and it is worth the 15 bucks or however much its worth. it talks about starvng the sumo wrestler, which is lust. If you don't feed your lust it will shrink so that you can fight back against it. So in other words guard your eyes, as soon as you see somethingn that will turn you on, look away immediatly, get into that habbit. Also look up the negaive effects that will have on you. I pray God's help for you. God bless

not enough information
is it a criminal act, like stealing?
or a natural act, like masturbation?
if it is criminal, then seek therapy
if it is natural, relax and enjoy yourself
