i dont know whether it is safe to use it. quite a few of them suggested i use it. has anybody in there used it? do you think its safe?

Nooooo. That sort of cream is for the other end. I'd suggest under-eye cream to de-puff eyes.

I think I heard it on Oprah. So I tried it. Didn't do a thing! I think I also heard that it's just for occasional use, not daily. A really good daily treatment is ANEW eye lift by Avon.

I've heard that it really works but I've never tried it.
Personally I wouldn't try it because it's made for hemrroids not for you eyes. Buy something that says it helps with eye puffiness.

Make sure its an unused tube!!Ive tried it and it works!! but a gel eye mask works too and is also great for headaches!! And I also use St.Ives cucumber and elastin eye gel. That stuff is the bomb.
