Depends if I am curious to make them my partner, or curious to make them my friend.
When someone keeps eye contact and is confident, and has a witty personality, usually gets me curious, and I want to know more about them.

Their eyes, if there's a sparkle I know something's going on inside. And their mouth. If there's even the slightest hint of a smile, I wonder why.
