I have worked in the sales biz for a few years and have not found a product that i cannot sell or a person i cannot close (nearly)
My success rate is far above anyone else in the sales industry i have heard of and i need a challenge.
This is not about the money, i have enough of that and it bores me.

good. Now might be the time for you to look into working fundraising for a worthy organization. Many desperately need people to 'sell' their organization for fundraising, and you should find it a challenge. Don't worry, they probably won't pay you much, so you certainly won't be bored.

A good idea can make me rich but I am not a serious programmer and poor in communicating what must I do?
I got this realy great software idea that may help me build a company and start ad any time there is this problem of not enough skills to go through and I lack on communication skills to network even outsourcing this idea how can i handle this.

You could try selling phsycology videos on TV. Probably very little money in it and would give you a big challenge for your ego.'
