i'll give six pointers

* smile
* present a good resume (if for a job interview)
* have confidence
* know what you're talking about and your aim/objective
* be well-groomed
* dont speak over the interviewee and answer questions accurately and to the point

1. Ask informed questions about the company?
2. Bring additional personal marketing materials - like a resumes, a portfolio, letter of recommendations, samples of your work, testimonials
3. Match the energy of your interviewer
4. Be prepared to answer the common questions like "why do you want to work for us"
5. Dress the part.
