Do YOU always flush after you use the restroom at home and outside the home?

In public I flush it then clean the seat then flush it again and then I do my business, at home I always flush. I stopped flushing pee for awhile to save water but it is not hygienic.

Depends on what it is. If I am adding more urine to a commode, no problems. If it's brown, flush it down! Nasty!

if i am sitting down, which im really not gonna do in a public toilet anyway, i will, but if i am standing, does it really matter, unless i have to look at it
