Has a persons eyes ever stopped you in your tracks, just by one look, or a glance?????

This is my dad's fav story, how he met my mom, he said one glance and he just knew she had to be his!
My dad was dashing to get to his car that was parked in a multi-storey, he had five minutes ortherwise he'd have had to have paid another two pounds on the ticket price, and he'd spent nearly all his cash - anyway he came flying out of the lift straight into a girl with THE most AMAZING green eyes he'd ever seen, they literally stopped him dead in his tracks - his first words to her were 'marry me?!' She giggled, gave him her business card. They've been married 26 years in september!

I think it did for me once or twice (more because of beauty than their soul). But I believe that eyes can be windows to the soul; just by looking at one's eyes, you may be able to tell what kind of person they are deep inside, and what their personality is.

Ooh, ooh, ooh...I came across this really good hadith (saying) recently which says: "The eyes are the repository for what the heart learns."
Doesn't that give you goosebumps?
So when you look at someone as you describe above, what attracts you is not purely physical it's mental and emotional and spiritual as well and all at once. It's amazing. And beautiful. Erm...sorry...salaam. Bye...

My hair is very long and I don't glance very well but a good friend broke a glass with a glance!!! She was a little hysterical. If you interesting I have her address.

Yes, my heart was replaced by a cold cascade, needles of ice passed through my body and soul like a host of iced stars. Her glance, that look, it sent shivers everywhere, my body was her electrical earth, i wa grounding out with metaphorical sparks. I married that girl, and we stayed together for twenty five years, love at first sight. She was my soul mate until it ended and it ended like it started, but inverted like my universe collapsing. She ran off with a multi millionaire.

Many times. I proceed with friendships or avoid people based on what I see in their eyes. Sometimes what I have seen frightened me. Other times it drew me to the person.

Absolutly! it is the first thing I notice about anyone. It tells me more than 20 minutes on a date.

Hell yes..in both good and bad ways. Good ways....great turn on. Bad ways...hard to know which eye to talk to when someone has a cracked seal beam.
