has anyone had that crazy experience if so were u able to find the culprit.what do a person gain by this.

No I haven't experienced this but why would u keep putting your underware on the line I don't like hanging out underwear and thats why it is not a problem for me

Never. Did you report this to the local police? They might know. Whenever we hang our clothes out, we put the underwear on the inside lines where it isn't visible. Replacing lost underwear can get expensive so I would hang it indoors.
Could you secretly set up a security camera and direct it toward your clothesline? Then hang out some old underwear. That would be very interesting.

I've always had a dryer so I've never had to hang them out. It wouldn't be an animal if it is only underwear. Animals would get other things too. You have a pervert with a fetish....or a very WEIRD secret admirer. You should contact the PD or keep a very close eye on the line from inside the house where you can't be seen to find out who it is. Be careful if you confront him tho....most likely he is harmless but you never know.

Either you have a pervert coming onto your property,the wind is taking them to some unknown place,or you have frisky critters taking them back to their home pack.NO,I have had them drop before,but never lost "off a clothes line"(just a sparkle of humor).I normally dry my panties clipped to a hanger over shower curtain rod.If you think this could be a pervert,call the authorities,explain matter &ask for pervert back up checks for registered pervert felons in your neihgborhood.FOR REAL

no, can't say as I have. Your best bet is probably going to be to hide a camcorder, get a recording of the culprit, then either confront the person or take it to the authorities.
