And if so, what are the chances It will hit a waterpipe while you're in the shower and kill you? Just curious because I took a shower in a thunderstorm this morning...

Not too high, but I know that the chance of you being HIT by lightning is the same chance of you winning the lottery. So basically, it won't happen twice!
