Try this one during a waning moon:
Simple Weight Loss Spell
Timimg: Waning Moon (start just after Full Moon)
Preparation: Using an athame (or another sharp item that you have ritually blessed) mark a black candle into 14 equal parts (13 rings). Mark each section with number fives (5).
On the night after the Full Moon, burn the candle down to the first mark while meditating, and chanting the following:
"As this candle burns, so my fat burns off.
As this candle decreases, so my weight decreases.
I have complete control over my weight.
My body is truly perfect in every way.
I now weigh a perfect 145 pounds.
Every day I am slimmer, more toned, and healthier.
I am as perfect as the Goddess within me.
Thank you, Goddess, for your help.
This is my will with harm to none, so mote it be."
Do this nightly, burning the candle down to the next mark, until the night of the New Moon, when the candle should be allowed to burn out. It is also helpful to picture your body's fat cells burning off and to feel your increased metabolism and energy. Your body may feel warm and tingly. As the candle goes down, so your weight goes down. You will lose 5-10 pounds over the two weeks. This spell can be done every month, or as needed.

Hi again.
For a spellwork angle to your extra oomph, I may suggest that you make a wish jar. Get a popsicle stick (let's really go for this energy and make sure it was a diet or sugarfree popsicle) and write your intentions... like say you want the extra energy to work out a little longer. Or that you only need so many calories in a day and you want to make sure you don't overdo it. Write this on the stick and then get a jar with a screw on top. Fill it all the way to the top with water and use eucalyptus leaves, or maybe bay leaves to heighten the energy. (I wouldn't mash them up or crush them, leave them whole.) So all the ingredients are in the jar; you'll want to consecrate it for this use and then shake it when you want that wish to be heightened again.

Instead of a spell, try taking an herbal supplement of ginseng and vitamin B. They are cheaper than buying metabolife or the like. You can get them at any health food store. I don't recommend drinking the ginseng herb in a tea though. It has a very strong pepper taste, it is nasty. Trust I know from experience.

This isn't really a spell, but it does have wiccan elements. Take three red ribbons, sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and visualize yourself losing wieght. See yourself as you want to be seen. Concentrate your energies upon this vision as you slowly braid the ribbons. Do this every day before you exersize and it will help (visualizations have been proven scientifically to help in exercising, and the ribbons will help you concentrate)
