Buy the book I've described below. It tells you how to do everything. But it does lie about one thing, it takes a lot longer than 24 hours. However, it's possible to skip chapters that don't apply to you. You have to write everything yourself but that just means you have ultimate control.
You don't even need that much software to be able to do it either.
Just make sure that you've got notepad.
Or else you could just get yourself microsoft frontpage.
