well, in terms of looks it would be Cameron Diaz. She's more natural looking than Britney Spears and Britney is starting to look a bit fake. in terms of personality and on the inside, I'd have to say Cameron Diaz again. Britney seems to have a child-like personality and whinges quite a lot, and seems to get her own way all the time... with the exception of Justin Timberlake. Cameron Diaz is more down to earth and I think that if you were to have a conversation with Cameron Diaz it would be more sincere and truthful than if you were to have a conversation with Britney Spears, which says a lot about someone. Also, Cameron Diaz seems to have a fun and cheerful life, filled with a lot of laughter and good times whereas Britney Spears' life has more drama in one day than one could have in a week, which gives off the impression that Britney is a bit of over-dramatic and a bit of a drama queen. Looking at the big picture, Cameron Diaz is more beautiful inside and out than Britney Spears

Cameron Diaz has a style that radiates from her eyes to the tips of her toes. She is hands down in better condition, has a natural beauty that seems to stand the test of time, Britney lasted about 5 years before she crashed and burned.

Britney spears when shes done up nicely I would have to say, Cameron Diaz looks like an old lady. Though neither are particularly amazing.

I used to prefer Cameron Diaz,but over the years she looks alot older than her 34 years.I think her partying ways have caught up to her.She has these horrible lines under her eyes.My pick is Britney Spears.I think if Britney were to do a makeover and lose weight after the baby is born,she might be able to make a comeback.
