My daughter dropped my Razr phone in the pool. We took it apart to dry but it still doesn't work. Should I call it a day and get a new one or is there hope for the old one?

I also need to know how to retrieve my info out of it. Will my sim card still work?

If it is totally dry and still doesn't work, it is probably shot, and you will need to get a new one. This has happened to me and although many people said it should work after it dried out it never did and I had to purchase another one.

About the info, you only have little hope.About the sim card, dry it first & try it.If it does not work, change it with a new sim card.About the phone, bring it to the nearest mobile phone repair shop. There is still hope.

Well, I am very sorry for you, but that phone is now gone and has no hope for repair, unless you take it to a specialist, and that would cost more than a new phones, so buy a new Moto, if its at all possibla your cell servace provider will transfer info.
