Not really...religion is the opium of the people....
God is an abstract concept to explain "the unexplainable" that zone where science can not give an answer such as our origins and what happens after death....
So be pragmatic: Universe has always existence and there is nothing after death...once you die you are gone...finito...kaput...no heaven...no hell just disappear forever and your conscience destroyed forever....
