Defend your argument then... based on your own life EXPERIENCE.
Do you agree that both statement above are correct and incorrect simultaneously?

The two statements above cannot be correct simultaneously because you included the qualifying word "totally" - BUT if you take it like this:

Life is fair; Life is unfair....
they can now be correct and coexist.

As Johnny Depp's father said to him in the film Blow: (paraphrased)

Sometimes you're flush, sometimes you're not. When you're up, you think you can never be down again. When you're down, you think you will never be up again. That's the story of life, George.

Life is both fair and unfair at different times in our lives. Unfortunately there are some people that are taken from us too soon because of an accident or illness. That is when life is unfair. Life is fair when you've worked hard at a goal and see it come to fruition.

Why do some people seem to have nothing but good luck or bad? I agree with your statement.

Well yours is an interesting question, and I suppose it is a matter of perspective. I myself have been terribly fortunate in this life, and at the same time quite cognizant of how very undeserving I have been of my good fortune. Accordingly, being something of the religious sort, I am of the mind that either the Lord has a keen sense of humor, or, as a friend once said to me, the Lord only gives each of us the amount of trouble he thinks we can handle, and clearly he does not think me capable of handling very much.
Whatever the case, from my perspective life is quite unfair, as certainly I have not gotten the comeuppance I so richly deserve.

On the other hand, as I do believe that all that we may observe about us is a creation of God's will, and whether or not his plan is knowable by us, clearly things work so very well that there is a plan. While I may not understand it, nor possess the ability to do so in a thousand lifetimes, I ascribe to it a sense of fairness, not fairness for my benefit or necessarily fairness to satisfy each of our perspectives, but fairness in a divine sense. That said, life is totally fair.

You can't say life is "totally" fair and that it's "totally unfair". In fact, you can't say that about anything. There's always the advantages and disadvantages.
Based on my life, there are times when I feel like dying and when I accuse of life being totally unfair but then again there are times when I only see sunshine and fairness in my life. So I'd have to say there is no "totally" fair or unfair.

Life is both, fair and unfair. The thing that counts the most is how and what we do about it and our lives. We, as a species put ourselves in situations that are governed by us and as well governed by others. It is something that for the most part we can not control. I have learned this through the years of life that i have lived as well as watching the species and how they react and control things. The bottom line is though, LIFE is what we make it, be it good or bad, it's still overall our chose.

Absolutely Unfair!.. I get accused of things never did! Accused of being something that's not in my intentions at all! Get accused of saying things I never did! One of my sisters got mad at me on Christmas night for no apparent reason that I can figure out! I've came up with the idea for a sweeper similar to the swiffer. And a company makes the swiffer before I even get a patent for my invention cause I was trying to think of a name for it!
I've tried starting my own business and not successful yet someone copies what I was doing and they become successful how come?
No matter where I go I get all sorts of insults!
Very few compliments ever come my way!
I took lots of Education yet none of it helped me get any employment! It seems one has to lie to gain employment somewhere! I don't believe lieing should be necessary! Liers usually get caught sooner or later!

Be honest - would you be totally happy if Life was either totally Fair or totally Unfair? Nobody can answer your question but you. I'm satisfied that I can evaluate my own life. Sometimes life is fair and sometimes it's not. And I wouldn't want it any other way.

Life is not fair, if it were fair then we'd all be born into the same enviroment with the same genetics and the same "sick" parents.
There is no fairness except that wich you create for yourself.
Please keep in mind I'm talking on a straight physical plain, were I to explain my views on this spiritually this would be a really LONG answer.

It depends on how you look at life. Are you a person who is dependent on others and material things? If you are then you are going to find out that this life can be very unfair, cold, and downright rude. If you can live with yourself without anyone influencing your decisions then you will live a life by your own rules and thusly you will be very happy. Who are you?

To answer your three questions:
Of Course Not!

Nothing and no one had a choice coming in; so it is impossible to argue fairness.

All sentient beings by choices here, by chance and over time share in fairness.

Misconceptions of fairness come from misconceptions of rights. Rights are desires for conditions surpassing the terms of existence.
