my ex has not paid any child support since november last year. he has also not paid his taxes for four years resulting in the child support agency not knowing his actual income. I dont know where he lives & he has nothing to do with my daughter. Any suggestions?

I like it how you wrote that you are in Australia and Murry C gives you advice on what to do as though you were in the usa. Some people just don't read things through.
I am sorry, I have no idea what you should do. Considering how large and vast Oz is, he could be anywhere. I start 12 months of traveling in Oz in February, I am going to Perth first of all. We should meet up!

If he works, he can be tracked down using his SS#. Also, the IRS can track him. Most govermental agencies have access to this info.

well where do you live, will determine what can be done, in some cases he will be force to pay or goto jail, as for taxes he could end up in jail for that too, for avoiding taxes
