not many because for the most part they do not follow the guidelines. However if the guideline were followed to the letter would this place be as much fun as what it is? Granted there are many that should not be on here but where do you draw the line. That is why there is a panel of people who makes that type of decision every day. That is also why you have the ability to report abuse if you want to

Truthfully, I would have to say between 50% and 75%. Yahoo needs to do something about tracking people by their ISP number, because I think it's 3 to 4 groups of people who just use different screen names to post ridiculous questions. And it seems that those groups are either swelling in number, or getting bolder because they know they can get away with it. Ya know, I used to have the attitude that everyone has their own opinion and they should be able to let that opinion be heard, but it's getting to the point that it is not a person's opinion, it's people getting off on stirring up trouble and posting immature drivel just to see how much of a rise they can get out of everyone. The problem is getting worse and worse, and will get to the point that it CANNOT be ignored if Yahoo Answers is to survive.

Off the top of my head I'd say about 15% would remain. As for answers I think about 5% would still be there. Roughly.

If you take off the inappropriate questions and the statements there would be less than 60 percent.

Actually there are sincere legitimate questions. Yours I would consider legit, even tho it is not heartfelt. what worries me more are those people with serious problems or questions who might actually rely upon the response they might get from answers posted.

Probably about 75% today. Some days its harder to find a decent question then other days.
