Free movies, music n' games? I don't wanna believe it.

This claims to be a site where you can legally access movies, music, games, etc. I was searching for a club to join where I could download such items while knowing that royalties etc. are properly being paid to artists.
Instead, after paying $49, I discovered that sharedmovies is a scam that only provides links to LimeWire and other freeware and shareware, with not actual content (movies etc) and no payment of proper royalties, and nothing legal about downloading.
They have refused my repeated requests to refund my money; I have filed a fraud complaint at http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp

I think it's not safe.
