I think you're asking whether sex between consenting children should be made legal or not. Correct?
Because if you're asking whether sex between children and adults should be legal, I would say no. I think most people would also say no. There are famous/infamous criminal cases here in the USA over this; a teacher (30-something) having sex with a 14 year old. It's a big no-no for most people.
Now if someone of legal age, and supposedly wiser from having lived longer, shouldn't have sex w/someone not yet legally an adult, why should someone who's not yet legal and probably not as wise be allowed to have sex?
Also, how does one pick the age to make it legal for sexual relations? Should 10 year olds be able to have sex legally (Most people would say no, I think)? 14? 16? Back in the middle ages (and 'dark ages') girls were having babies at 13 or 14. Not anymore; our social mores have changed; we live longer, and allow people to become more mature before tackling life head-on.
The issue is that maturity varies widely, particularly in the range up until you're 18 or 21 or even 25. When you are 18, and more than likely either moving to live on your own or go to college, you are forced to grow up some. Become more independent. Pay your own bills. The burden of responsibility shifts, and most people become more responsible because of it. While there are very responsible and mature 16 year olds, and irresponsible and immature 18 year olds, society has to pick a general rule for when most people become reasonably responsible, and in the USA that's 18.
So,... no. I don't think it should be legal for people under the legal age (of 18) to have sex.
That said, however,... the first time I had (oral) sex was about the age of 16 or 17 (not yet legal age of 18 here in the USA). I think. I'm quite a bit older than that now. The first time I had intercourse (possibility of getting pregnant) was about 20 or 21. So you know where I'm coming from.
Anyway, legality is a little irrelevant if you don't get caught, and both parnters are willing and happy to do so. It would be interesting to see how many people answer whether children that are 16 or older should have sex. That said, when having sex you can get nasty diseases, one of you can get pregnant (assuming heterosexual sex), and you certainly can get your feelings hurt if it ends up being a one-night stand.
I would suggest that you talk things over w/your parents, a school counselor, church official, or someone else you can trust.
[Thanks for the question; it made me challenge some of my own assumptions, and reason out how I feel on the subject. Now I can hopefully help apply that to questions or concerns for my own son. :)]
p.s.: I suggest you more carefully word your question if you want better answers.

Uhmm no that would ruin the culture and children will be lazy . That's also anti human. Espérate a child is a child however i do believe it shouldldnt be punishable. But some things could be permited like For example a 16 yo with a 18 yo have a relationship. Your 14 and want to remember thats púberty talking effect dont do it wait right time.that will ruin some things . No mater what age is wrong. Al though i believe it should not be punishable severely. Sychiatric treatment is better. For example a 10 yo with an 8 yo wrongly touching obvious that can happen but it shouldnt be punished severely. Its a no For me.

Prostitution is banned because of the fact the regulation desires to enforce solid morals. it truly is nonetheless frequently believed that promiscuity is undesirable, although prostitution is definitely commonly used because of the fact the international's oldest occupation. i think of it would be ideal to alter the intercourse commerce and make sure that prostitutes are STD loose and not controlled and crushed by using pimps. yet there'd consistently be a situation with a black-industry of extra low-fee intercourse with unregistered whores, so the comparable situation might exist interior the destiny that exists on the instant. on the subject of drugs, marijuana is the only subject that would desire to be legalized. it truly is a organic herb, specific it has intoxicating effects and is somewhat addictive, yet not extra so than alcohol. it would desire to be regulated and majorly taxed. the different drugs like coke, heroin, meth, those might desire to all stay unlawful. they are super addictive, and kills human beings while they OD. a minimum of, needed sentencing policies on drugs might desire to be reconsidered. you have baby molesters and murderers getting out till now human beings on their first drug conviction...that doesn't look genuine. And is a huge reason the jails are so overcrowded now.

absolutely not! a child cannot make that decision for him/herself. you can tell me all you want that you can, but i have never met any child who was able to clearly make that decision. i find it scary that you would think that way. you may want to talk to your parents or a school counselor.
btw, i was 19 when i had sex for the first time, so i am speaking from experience. i am now 25.

No. Children need to be protected. There are already laws that allow teenagers to be in sexual relationships with people less than four years older or younger than themselves. Outside of that there is a name for what you are asking for: It's called paedophilia. that's just gross.
