Boredom is usually due to a lack of physical exercise.
If you have a good work out, jog or brisk walk it also makes the mind more alert.
So get up and go for a nice long walk - if you are not used to walking just go about 3 or 4 miles - but you will see how much better you will feel.
Some people like to take photographs of all their walks to remind them of where they have been, but here is a much better idea.
Even if you are useless at drawing, take a pad and pencil with you. Find a pretty spot, sit down and make a drawing of what you see. As I said, even if your drawing is terrible don't worry about it - you don't have to show anybody else, it's just for you.
As time goes by, no matter how lousy that drawing is, when you look at it it will remind you of that scene far better than any photograph - and it's a fun thing to do.
Try it - All it will cost you is a sheet of paper.

I love Sunday as all the pagan sun worshipers are in church and I can get things done.
