We are not married. The military base is in Germany.

Seriously, depends on which nation the base belongs to, some allow it some don't.

And the categorical answers of NO below are people basing things on a limited knowledge of diffferent nations rules relating to military bases.

UK bases have to treat long standing partners under the same rules as spouses.

When you enter a military post by yourself you will be required to sign in. They will ask for varies documents and on some post they will search your car. Then you will be given a guest pass. Now I'm not sure how long this pass will last. Maybe 24 hrs. When you pass expires and you leave post you will have to sign in. Now if this person lives in the barracks then there is no way that you can live there too.

no i am in the military myself. only if your married to that person and you will get the same benefit like he does regarding about living inside the base quarters.

Not typically. You're not a military dependent if you're not married, and not entitled to benefits.
