The first women to fly abroad was "Sati" daughter of Prajapati; as per the Hindu scriptures, who commits suicide by throwing herself into the fire when Prajapati, her father makes a mockery of her husband, Lord Shiva. Her travelling to her parents place is considered as the first ever travelling abroad by any woman.
