Ultimately in our belief system, one is resonsible for what one does directly in one's own life. However, there are some effects of what our ancestors do. An example will elaborate it.

If God forbid my grandfather was a feudal Lord, who abused the farmers and ate their rights and had them give him their grain unjustly and did not pay them, if he robbed them of their animals and ate them up. Then he used that energy and built for himself a good life, and married and had my father, my father is a product of that injustice that my grandfather did.

However, if my father would realize that situation, ask forgiveness for his father and do repairs that are within his power, the wrong doing of the grandfather may not pass to him. However, if he continued to follow the footsteps of his father and continue to abuse the people as that is what he learnt from his dad, then the "curse" may continue to the next generation.

ANY GENERATION that realizes the issue and makes amends for the wrong that was done in the past, may find the Lord helping them in correcting the wrongs of the past.

Know it that all of us are a product of sin and injustices. All of us are survivors of winners, who may have done wrong to win. We may all be tainted. BUT, the MERCY OF THE LORD ALMIGHTY is like an ocean and we are like an ant. We can always clean our souls in the Ocean of his Mercy.

SO, never give up hope, but realize your responsibility!

I can answer that with experience. YES it does. Somewhere back in time someone cursed the women in our family. When our last born child reaches 14 years old, the husband dies! I thought my relatives were just being superstitious, but WRONG! When my last born son reached 14, my hubby died, just like all the other men married to us. It sucks!!! Every single man married into our family did that, for years as far as I can tell. The men of the family don't have the same problem, only the women

Yes...that is why we are born...as a result of curse....and continue to have your generation to create a world that is no longer safer in future for the generation to come.....

Of course it will if you are ignorant and superstitious enough to believe in rubbish like curses.

Supposedly, but curses can be countered. If you truly believe you or someone else is cursed. Have someone knowledgeable do a cleansing and banishing ritual.
