Most of food we eat is damp (sugar, wheat, diary, animal products) and enough drying & bitter food. We get out of balance, due out terrain being also damp and bugs come attack the ones who are most imbalance due predominately diet and mental state. Think about it. We do not need a pill or all our ills.

I had a cold/flu in august and took a couple of days off work.
The point that you made about the damp food makes sense.
People in this country are not used to high levels of humidity, but it is something that may need more consideration in the future.

Well i was very unlucky over this summer i had a throat infection for a month, 2 weeks of this i was on holiday in turkey so i couldn't enjoy myself!

Then i recover from this then a few days later i end up with a viral infection so i have been ill from June right through until last week!
I went home before midnight on my 21st birthday as i was that ill and the sat after i had a party with work mates n i couldn't eat or drink!!!

Hey yeah I got sort of one now.

Got a dry throat and one side is very swollen, also got a cough, headaches, and general aches all over and also a temperature. Want it to go. I hate it.

My firend had a bad bout of something nasty!
I eat a lot of live youghurt and this seems to help as I have not had anything nasty in over a year now.

i ive had mine for a week now, the first 2 days i was that bad i couldn't get out of bed

MY FAMILY ALL COME FROM THE UK AND THEY HAVE HAD SUMMER COLDS AND THIS YEAR A LOT HAVE SUFFERED HAYFEVER DUE TO THE HOTTER WEATHER CONDITIONS THERE

no caught nothing all winter or summer for that fact ... maybe its because i had the flu jab in Oct last year (am diabetic)
