Pet stores carry Mite-Away and other Mite control sprays used for reptiles. I would pick up a bottle.
But in my opinion, the best to use is "Provent-A-Mite"

There are a lot of treatments for mites. Some work better than others. I use Provent-A-Mite as a preventative treatment, but it is intrinsic that you follow the directions on the can exactly. The fumes of this product are very harmful to reptiles. Therefore, you need ample time for it to dry before putting the animal back in it's enclosure after using it. Also, do not put it's water dish back in the cage for 48 hours, and do not TREAT the water dish with any mite treatment chemicals. Pro-Zap, no pest stripes also work well. But again, use with caution. Cut a piece off and place in a deli cup with a lid in the cage with the snake. Remove the water dish.
Leave it in there with the snake for a couple of days. If these don't work or you have trouble finding any of these products, email me. chriso@chrisolsonreptiles.com

They sell mite medicine at most pet stores. You'll want to follow the directions on the bottle. And also clean the snake's cage and any cage decorations really good with a mixture of 1 part bleach to 10 parts water. Just make sure you rinse the cage out well and dry it before you put the snake back in.

Whatever you do!, DO NOT FUMAGATE THE SNAKE!!! My dad was trying to kill cockroaches in my room once and he sprayed Raid, but forgot to tell me, and the fumes killed my corn snake. It would be best to ask a pet store reptile person before doing anything.

Boober summed it up pretty well. Just keep the chemicals away from the snakes eyes.

"Prevent-a-Mite" is the best out there. You got some some advice from the first person.
