I used NetZero when I had dialup. Worked great, and cheap.

I find most ISPs overcharge for dial-up service. Of course if you live in a city, DSL is often available for under $15 a month. If you're too far out in a rural area to receive broadband- ouch.

dial-up that is dead there is not a best (isp) if you want speed use a router you get better internet access and its online 24/7 save you having to dial-up to get online the year is 2006 now good luck
