Click on "Tools"...then click on "Add a new email account"...finally click "Next" and use the wizard to set up your email account. You can get details such as "incoming server" and "outgoing server" from whoever hosts your email.

In a standard set-up it is likely that your email will be POP3, so select this if you think it is correct. Then enter your incoming server address, your outgoing server address (all provided by the people who provide your email), your username and finally your password.

Usually this is all you have to do - the hardest bit is getting the information from the people who provide your email!
